"Stanley" from Cricket/Levi litter 2010

I received this update on Stanley in November 2010 at 10 months of age.

Hi Molly – Good to hear from you! I am happy to report that Stanley is doing great and is getting so big!  Everyone in my family refers to him as my pony! He is 26” from floor to shoulder and the last time he was at the vet (eye infection in July) he weighed 57 lbs, but I’m guessing he is tipping 60 lbs now. 

Funny thing about Stanley is that he loves to lay around on the couch when I am home, but when I go to work he runs for the back door so he can be outside all day.  At night, he starts out in the bedroom on his pillows, but his favorite place to sleep is in the bathtub!  He is certainly a cold-weather dog!  He is a non-barker for the most part – even when the doorbell rings.  He is SO mellow that the dog obedience instructor asked how old he really was!

Yesterday my great-nephew Carter was getting ready to leave and he gave Stanley a kiss on his nose – Stanley just sat there and loved him up!
